It's a simple process to update your user details within ConSol. If required, each user can update the following:
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Job Title
It's important to note that once a user is created, you are unable to adjust the User ID as it is the key identifier of your account.
To update your user details:
1. Click the Users dropdown at the top of the screen
2. Select My Contact Details
3. From the Details tab, update any necessary information
4. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to submit changes.
Your user details have now been updated. Great job!
