My Work is an advanced search tool that allows you to filter the list of tasks that require action. Users can save these searches as Views that allow them to quickly and easily perform their most used, and most useful, searches.

To access My Work, select My Work from the Worklist menu.
The Views are listed to the left hand side of the search fields.
Three categories of views are available:
- Global views are created by your System Admin, and are shared with the whole organisation
- Workgroup views are created by your Workgroup Supervisor, and are shared with the workgroup
- Individual views are created by each user, and are available only to that user
