ConSol - Forgot My Password

Before you begin
  • Your ConSol System Administrator has to create a User account for you and set up specific roles for you within ConSol before you can log in.
  • Check that you have entered the Username and Password correctly. Both are case-sensitive. (E.g. “JSmith” is not the same as “jsmith”)

  1. Click the link for forgotten username or password.
    The Login Assistance screen appears.
  2. Enter the email address that is recorded in your ConSol user account.
  3. Click the Submit button.
    A confirmation message indicates that an email will be sent to you to reset your password.
  4. When you receive the Password reset email, click the link in the email.
    • NOTE: If the email is not in your Inbox, check that it has not been delivered into another email folder (such as “Promotions” or “Spam”).
    • If the email is not received, you can ask your ConSol Sys Admin to reset your password.
    The Change my Password screen appears.
  5. Type a New Password.
  6. Type the password again exactly the same in Confirm Password.
  7. Click the Change my Password button.
    The new password is saved and you are logged in. The ConSol Welcome screen appears. You need to use the new password each time you log in.
