B-03-05 Export My Work Result Table to CSV

Who: All Users
Why: Further calculations can be performed or the data can be imported into another application used by the company.
When: After executing the search in My Work and customising the result table it can be exported as a CSV file for use with a spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel.
Before you begin
  • Use the My Work search to filter the Table as required and customise the table columns. See Related Topics below for details.
Related topics

  1. Open My Work, fill in the search criteria then click the Submit button.
    The Table displays the items matching the search criteria. (See topic My Work Overview & Search.)
    N1 - The number of items (in this example Orders) matching the criteria is displayed at the bottom of the page. If the total is much more or less than expected, check your search criteria.
  2. Customise the Table columns as required (rearrange, hide columns).

  3. To export only the current page do the following:
    1. Select the required number of Results per page.
    2. Select which page you want to export.
    3. Click the Export Page Results to CSV button.
      The Export options window opens.
    4. Select whether to open or save the file and click the OK button.
      The CSV file can be opened with a spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel.
  4. Click the Export All Results to CSV button to export all records in the table to a CSV file.
