Year-end checklist - December edition

Year-end is approaching, so now is as good as time as any to start tidying up and processing outstanding tasks in the LPG. This will not only allow you to keep up-to-date for the coming year but also result in quality matter management and happy provider users! This checklist will help to ensure you efficiently and effectively locate to update and action key outstanding work.

 

Before you begin:

The correct roles and access will allow you to complete certain actions and tasks in the LPG. For information on how certain roles perform, or if you are unsure of how to check your current access, click here to find out more.

 

Screenshot_2017-11-27_15.47.04.png This article outlines how to access orders, invoices and document results via My Work. My Work is an advanced search tool that allows you to filter the list of tasks that require action.

After logging into the LPG, locate the Worklist tab then select My Work.

 

1. Orders requiring action

In My Work, select the following search field options:

N1- Select the View Entity as "Order"
N2- Select the View Level as "Available to My Workgroup" (this will give you a wide search result)
N3- You can multi-select the status options in this scroll box. In this example, we want to search for outstanding actions relating to "Request for Variations" and "Request Extension of Time"

N4 - 
Submit:  Retrieve results based on the Search Field options chosen
Clear: Remove current search field options chosen
Save View: Save this view result for quick access next time you enter My Work
N5 - You can export your result per page or all results to CSV

2. Invoices awaiting approval and action

In My Work, select the following search field options:

N6 - Select the View Entity as "Invoice"
N7 - Select the View Level as "Available to My Workgroup"
N8 - The status options to search for outstanding invoices for action or finalisation should be "Submitted for Approval" and/or "Approved"

Follow N4-N5 steps to retrieve the results and export to CSV if desired.

3. Documents submitted for review

In My Work, select the following search field options:

N9 - View Entity as "Activity"
N10 - View Level as "Available to My Workgroup"
N11 - Activity Type as "Document Review"
N12 - Activity Description as "Document Review (Accept/Reject)"

Follow N4-N5 steps to retrieve the results and export to CSV if desired.
