The periodic review of Provider Key Personnel typically includes checking that current CVs are uploaded. |
Procedure

1. On the LPG menu select Users > Search Key Personnel CVs.
The Search Key Personnel CVs screen appears listing Provider personnel whose CVs are uploaded in the LPG document repository.
2. To filter the list, enter text to search for and then click the Search
The list is filtered to match the search criteria. LPG searches for the text you entered in the Person’s name, Company name and also within the attached CVs. Thus in the example shown above, the search for “My Law Firm” found persons who are currently working at the Company named “My Law Firm” (N1) but it also found a person who had a reference to “My Law Firm” in their attached CV (N2).
3. Click View to open the attached CV within your web browser or click Download to save a copy of the CV to the Downloads folder on your PC or network.
4. To view a person’s profile, do the following:
a. Click the person’s name on the Search Key Personnel CVs
The View Person Profile screen appears.
N4 - The profile displays the Areas of Law in which the person specialises.
b. Click the Close
The display returns to the Search Key Personnel CVs screen.
5. To view a Company profile, do the following:
a. Click the Company name on the Search Key Personnel CVs
The Display Work History screen appears.
b. Click the Back
The display returns to the Search Key Personnel CVs screen.
